Wellness Mentorship Is Not Therapy
At Sweetheart Collective Galore (SCG), our mission is to provide education, encouragement, accountability, and personal growth through wellness mentorship.
To ensure transparency, it's important that you understand the nature of these services before booking.
What Wellness Mentorship Includes
Our mentorship sessions may include:
- Goal setting and action planning
- Wellness education
- Healthy habit development
- Personal growth strategies
- Accountability and motivation
- Stress management techniques
- Confidence and self-esteem building
- Time management and organization
- Wellness resources and guided reflection
Mentorship is designed to support your personal development and help you move toward your goals using practical tools and encouragement.
What Wellness Mentorship Does Not Include
SCG Wellness Mentorship is not psychotherapy, counseling, behavioral health treatment, or any other form of licensed mental health care.
Mentorship services do not include:
- Mental health diagnosis
- Clinical assessment
- Psychological evaluation
- Treatment planning
- Trauma therapy
- Couples or family therapy
- Crisis intervention
- Medical or psychiatric care
- Prescription recommendations
- Court-ordered services
- Any service requiring a licensed mental health professional
Participation in mentorship does not establish a therapist-client relationship.
When Therapy May Be More Appropriate
If you are experiencing symptoms that require clinical mental health treatment, including severe depression, suicidal thoughts, self-harm, psychosis, substance dependence, or another mental health crisis, mentorship is not an appropriate substitute for professional care.
We encourage you to seek support from a licensed mental health professional or contact emergency services if you are in immediate danger.
Confidentiality
Your privacy is important to us.
Information shared during mentorship sessions will be treated respectfully and professionally. However, because mentorship is not therapy, confidentiality protections may differ from those provided in a licensed therapeutic relationship.

- You understand these services are educational and supportive in nature.
- You are voluntarily participating in mentorship.
- You understand mentorship is not therapy or counseling.

- You understand participation does not establish a therapist-client relationship.
- You agree to seek appropriate medical or mental health care when needed.
