Dezaryia Ray

Founder & CEO, SCG

Dezaryia Ray is the founder of Sweetheart Collective Galore (SCG), a holistic wellness and community-centered brand created to make support, self-care, resources, and personal growth feel more accessible in everyday life.

With a background in psychology, human services, community support, and entrepreneurship, Dezaryia created SCG from the belief that wellness is about more than one area of life. Mental health, confidence, career stability, community connection, self-expression, rest, and even the small things that bring us joy can all play a role in how we feel and how we move forward.

Her vision for SCG is rooted in creating a space where people can shop, learn, connect, receive resources, and prioritize themselves without judgment. What began as a wellness and lifestyle brand has continued to grow into a broader vision centered on holistic support, community resources, mentorship, personal development, and intentional retail experiences.

As a mother, entrepreneur, psychology professional, and community advocate, Dezaryia understands that real life does not fit neatly into one category. People may need encouragement and practical resources at the same time. They may be building a career while healing emotionally, caring for a family while rediscovering themselves, or simply looking for a space that reminds them they deserve care too.

That understanding continues to shape everything SCG is becoming.
