Crisis Support & Emergency Resources
You Are Not Alone
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, having thoughts of suicide, or believe you may be in immediate danger, please know that help is available. Reaching out for support is a courageous first step.
At Sweetheart Collective Galore (SCG), our mission is to promote healing, wellness, education, and personal growth. While we are committed to providing supportive wellness resources and mentorship, SCG is not a crisis intervention service, emergency provider, or substitute for licensed medical or mental health treatment.
If You Are in Immediate Danger
If you believe you or someone else is in immediate danger, call 911 or your local emergency services immediately.
If You Are Having Thoughts of Suicide or Emotional Crisis
If you are in the United States or Canada:
Call or text 988 to reach the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.
Support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
For Veterans
If you are a Veteran, active-duty service member, National Guard member, Reservist, or military family member, confidential support is available through the Veterans Crisis Line.
You do not have to be enrolled in VA benefits to receive support.
If You Need Someone to Talk To
If you are struggling but are not experiencing an emergency:
-
Contact a licensed mental health professional.
-
Reach out to your primary care provider.
-
Speak with a trusted friend or family member.
-
Contact a local community mental health agency.
-
Schedule an appointment with a licensed therapist or counselor.
While You Wait for Support
Consider these grounding techniques:
-
Take five slow, deep breaths.
-
Drink a glass of water.
-
Name five things you can see.
-
Name four things you can touch.
-
Name three things you can hear.
-
Name two things you can smell.
-
Name one thing you can taste.
These techniques may help reduce overwhelming emotions while you connect with professional support.
Your Life Matters
No matter what you are experiencing today, you deserve compassion, support, and hope. Healing is possible, and asking for help is a sign of strengthโnot weakness.
You are worthy of care.
You are worthy of healing.
You are worthy of tomorrow.
